Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
The main entrance to The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground is fully accessible. If you have a question or need assistance when at the venue please ask a member of our Guest Services team at the venue. The entrance when entering The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground is fully accessible and flat. The inside of both venues is a flat surface and fully accessible. There are stairs located in The Fillmore Charlotte and there is a ramp to avoid these stairs. There is also a ramp to enter the VIP Club at The Fillmore Charlotte. Please let our guest services team know if you need to be directed to the ramp.
Restrooms:
Accessible restrooms are located in everyone bathroom at The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground. When you enter The Fillmore Charlotte, you will walk past the stage and turn right to enter the bathrooms. We also have accessible restrooms located in the VIP Club at The Fillmore Charlotte. There is also a ramp to enter the VIP Club at The Fillmore Charlotte. The Underground bathrooms are located straight ahead when you enter the venue behind the stage. All accessible restrooms are single user and first come, first served.
Ticketing:
The box office at The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground is open show day only, starting approximately two hours before doors open. The box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone.
Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. After purchasing your General Admission tickets, please contact The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground directly to set up a reservation for an accessible seating accommodation.

Accessible Parking:
The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground is located in the NC Music Factory. The NC Music Factory has a parking lot located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXChange building. There is accessible parking located on the first level of the parking deck and accessible spots located outside the parking deck. The accessible parking belongs to the NC Music Factory and they may charge parking fees. These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees. The accessible parking is first come, first served and please be advised that parking is limited.
If you wish to drop off a member of your party, please drop them off at the main entrance.
Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Dietary Needs:
The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
Oversize bags for medical needs:
Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities must be declared and subjected to additional screening upon entry. Security will put a medical tag on your bag. Only these items are not subjected to our baggage policy. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates.
Service Animals:
At The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
Sign Language Interpretation:
The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least two weeks before the event date.
Please make your request by email to FillmoreCLT.info@livenation.com and include how many in your party need interpretation and the ticket type you have. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.
Assisted Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology at The Fillmore Charlotte + The Underground is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you are not able to use your device, please see a member of the guest services team upon your arrival. They will provide you with an Assisted Listening Device. Please be aware these are in limited quantities and first come, first served.

Mobility Device Storage:
Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team. There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue, please contact us prior to your visit for more information.
Unless otherwise noted, most shows are all ages. Age restricted shows will be notated under 'More Info' when purchasing tickets on LiveNation.com. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. 18+ or 21+ shows will require a valid ID.
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

The Artist dictates our night-to-night camera policy. We generally allow small, personal cameras into the venue. We do not allow professional (detachable lens style) cameras into the venue. If you do bring this type of camera, you will be asked to take it back to your car.
There are some artist's who restrict ALL cameras. Please check artist’s socials or call/email the venue if you are unsure about the camera policy for the show you are attending.
Video taping is not allowed under any circumstances at any show. Any professional video equipment will be confiscated for the remainder of the event.
Some artists allow and encourage audio taping at their shows (and have their own policies posted on their websites). We suggest you check on the band's official website/message board regarding their taping policies.
Media Passes – if you are trying to obtain a media pass for a show you will need to reach out to the artist, tour, or agency yourself to get approval for this. The venue staff does not approve media passes.
Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended.
If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (artist illness for example) you will be refunded the entire amount (services fees included) of your ticket price via the point of purchase. If you purchased a ticket online - your credit card will automatically be refunded (if the show is not rescheduled for a later date). You can always also call 800-745-3000 to speak to a Ticketmaster representative regarding your refund or come down to our Box Office to inquire in person.

Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time. You can visit the event page to find the scheduled door time for your show.

Yes. We have an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food items. The Fillmore Charlotte & The Underground offer a variety of alcoholic beverages to our guests who are of legal age. Guests must show valid photo identification to purchase these beverages and there is a maximum number of beverages a guest may purchase per any one time sale. The Fillmore Charlotte & The Underground have the right to decline sale of such beverages to a guest at any time.
Make sure to check out our Meal Packages under the Upgrades tab, which include a meal item, side, and non-alcoholic beverage. Available on a show-by-show basis.

If you notice you are missing an item during a show check with any of our event staff at the front door at the end of the show. All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

The NC Music Factory has a parking lot located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXchange building. They may charge parking fees. These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees.
Pre-show guests get access to our outdoor patio 1 hour prior to door time (2 hours prior to show time). You will be able to purchase food and beverage during this time and get priority entry into the venue at door time.

Any tour packages (Meet & Great, Tour Early Entry, etc) guests will already be inside the venue when you enter. However, Pre-show guests enter the venue AT door time BEFORE Fast Lane, VIP Club, & GA lines are allowed to enter the venue.
Please check in with a staff member outside to gain access to the Pre-Show patio area.

We have a No Re-Entry policy. You may exit the venue for air or a cigarette if you exit to our smoking patios. At The Fillmore the smoking / outdoor area is located near the bathrooms. At The Underground they are located to the right of the stage while watching a show.
Unless otherwise stated we do not have seats for shows as we are a General Admission/Standing Room only concert venue. That said, your tickets will have a seat number and a row number listed (for our internal tracking purposes), however they do not bind you to a certain spot in the venue. No. Smoking inside is prohibited by North Carolina State Law. We do have a patio located outside for patrons who wish to smoke.
